Requires Arizona school districts and charter schools to automatically enroll 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students in advanced mathematics courses if they demonstrate the highest proficiency on statewide or local assessments, earn at least an A in their most recent math course, or if the student or parent requests enrollment

Parents must be notified of the automatic enrollment and provided instructions on how to object if they do not want their child in the advanced course

Schools must offer the advanced course placement for the student's next mathematics course, provided such courses are available at the school

School districts and charter schools must annually report to the Arizona Department of Education the number of students in grades 6, 7, and 8 enrolled in advanced mathematics courses

Maintains existing requirements for schools to notify parents of students in grades 6-8 who have not demonstrated proficiency in grade-level mathematics, including descriptions of deficiencies and available remediation services
