Requires the State Land Commissioner to implement all 51 recommendations from the Auditor General's July 2025 performance audit and sunset review within two years of the act's effective date.

Mandates quarterly meetings between the State Land Commissioner and Auditor General to report on implementation progress until all recommendations are completed.

Directs the Auditor General to maintain and update a recommendation checklist, with authority to enter premises, conduct investigations, and inspect State Land Department documents.

Requires the Auditor General to provide quarterly status updates to the Joint Legislative Audit Committee members, the Governor, and relevant Senate and House committee chairpersons.

If recommendations are not fully implemented within two years, the Auditor General must notify legislative leadership and the Governor and request a special Joint Legislative Audit Committee meeting to evaluate remedies; the section repeals after December 31, 2028.
