Establishes Arizona's participation in the Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact, enabling licensed podiatric physicians to obtain expedited licenses to practice across member states without completing separate full licensure processes in each state.

Creates eligibility requirements including graduation from an accredited podiatric medical school, passage of national licensing examinations (Parts I, II, and III), completion of an approved residency, specialty board certification, and no history of license discipline or criminal convictions.

Forms the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission to administer the compact, with one voting commissioner appointed by each member state's podiatric medical board.

Requires participating states to share disciplinary and investigatory information, with automatic license suspension or revocation in all member states when a physician's license is revoked, surrendered, or suspended in their principal license state.

Allows member states to charge fees for expedited licenses and renewals while maintaining authority to impose discipline consistent with their own podiatric medical practice acts.
