Requires the Arizona Department of Economic Security to mandate employment and training program participation for able-bodied SNAP recipients under age 60, as authorized under federal law (7 U.S.C. § 2015(d))

Exempts recipients already complying with work registration requirements under Title IV of the Social Security Act or the federal-state unemployment compensation system

Exempts parents or household members responsible for caring for an incapacitated person or a dependent child under six years of age

Exempts students enrolled at least half-time in a recognized school, training program, or institution of higher education, as well as participants in drug addiction or alcohol treatment and rehabilitation programs

Exempts individuals already employed at least 30 hours per week or earning the equivalent of 30 hours at federal minimum wage, and exempts 16-18 year olds who are not heads of household and attend school or employment training at least half-time
