Prohibits law enforcement officers from wearing facial coverings that conceal their face while on duty in Arizona

Requires all law enforcement agencies to maintain and publicly post a policy on their website regarding facial covering use, including a commitment to transparency, accountability, and public trust

Allows exceptions for active undercover operations authorized by the agency or court order, tactical operations requiring protective gear, and SWAT team members actively performing duties

Excludes from the prohibition: translucent face shields, medical/surgical masks, respirators and breathing apparatus for hazardous conditions, underwater equipment, motorcycle helmets, and protective eyewear for lasers

Applies to municipal police, county sheriff's offices, the Department of Public Safety, and federal law enforcement officers with arrest powers under federal law
