Amends Arizona county zoning law (Section 11-812) to add small modular reactor manufacturing facilities to the list of uses that counties cannot prevent, restrict, or otherwise regulate through zoning ordinances.

Places small modular reactor advanced manufacturing facilities in the same protected zoning category as railroad, mining, metallurgical, grazing, and general agricultural purposes on tracts of five or more contiguous commercial acres.

The protection covers construction and operation of facilities for manufacturing or producing small modular reactors, as well as small modular reactor parts, fuels, and supplies.
