Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-921 to explicitly authorize candidate committees to pay for caregiver expenses, including direct care, protection, and supervision of children or other individuals for whom the candidate has caregiving responsibilities.

Classifies caregiver expense payments as lawful expenditures of candidate committee funds, allowing campaign contributions to be used for these costs.

Includes minor technical updates to the existing statute, changing "e-mail" to "email" and "fund-raising" to "fundraising" throughout the section.

States legislative intent that these amendments are clarifying changes only and do not constitute substantive changes to existing law.
