Expands eligibility for Arizona's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) from 225% to 300% of the federal poverty level beginning October 1, 2026.

Current eligibility threshold of 225% of the federal poverty level remains in effect from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026.

Expansion requires approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Applies to children under 19 years of age based on gross household income.
