Establishes the "Arizona Right to Contraception Act" by adding Chapter 43 to Title 36 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Grants individuals the right to obtain contraceptives and engage in contraception, while giving health professionals the corresponding right to provide contraceptives and contraception-related information.

Defines "contraceptives" broadly to include oral contraceptives, long-acting reversible contraceptives, emergency contraceptives, condoms, injectables, vaginal barrier methods, patches, and rings legally marketed under federal law.

Prohibits the state or local governments from imposing limits that single out contraception providers or impede access to contraceptives and contraception-related information.

Explicitly requires voluntary and informed consent for sterilization procedures and prohibits government interference with patients' ability to obtain contraception or providers' ability to offer it.
