Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 45-596 to require well-drilling applications to include GPS coordinates in addition to the existing legal description of the proposed well location.

Applies to all notices of intention to drill filed with the Arizona Department of Water Resources, both inside and outside active management areas.

Filing fees remain unchanged at $150 for standard wells and $100 for domestic wells outside active management areas with pump capacity of 35 gallons per minute or less.

Makes minor technical corrections throughout the statute, including replacing "of" with "after" and spelling out abbreviations for consistency.
