Requires landlords to provide tenants with the website address for azcourthelp.org or information on eviction prevention and assistance resources, including services from the Department of Economic Security and local municipalities.

Mandates this eviction assistance information be included in written rental agreements at or before the start of tenancy.

Requires landlords to include the same eviction assistance information in any notice of noncompliance or nonpayment of rent served to tenants.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1322 (disclosure requirements) and 33-1368 (tenant noncompliance procedures) under the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
