Requires online lodging marketplaces to report detailed transaction information on tax returns, including the transaction privilege tax license number, property address, and tax amount collected for each individual online lodging operator.

Removes the previous restriction that prohibited the Department of Revenue from disclosing online lodging marketplace information without written consent from the marketplace.

Eliminates the exemption that prevented online lodging marketplace information from being subject to public records disclosure under Title 39.

Removes the prohibition on disclosing online lodging marketplace information to state, county, city, town, or other political subdivision agencies.

Maintains the requirement that online lodging marketplaces must remit applicable taxes to the Department of Revenue and report taxes monthly with aggregate totals for each taxing jurisdiction.
