Requires courts to report to the Arizona Department of Transportation when a stay of enforcement is granted on an appealed traffic violation judgment

Prohibits the department from pursuing any administrative action related to the traffic court judgment while a stay is in effect or until an appellate court affirms the original judgment

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-1600 governing appeals of traffic violations

Posting an appeal bond continues to stay enforcement of traffic judgments as under current law
