Defines "adult oriented performance" as an in-person show that appeals to prurient interest in sex and depicts or simulates specific sexual activities or lewd exposure of specific anatomical areas

Classifies the offense as a class 4 felony in Arizona

Applies to persons who have custody or control over a minor or over a performer

Adds the new section 13-3508 to Title 13, chapter 35 (Obscenity) of the Arizona Revised Statutes
