Requires public schools to obtain written parental permission before allowing students in grades 6, 7, or 8 to participate in or join any student club or organization

Schools must provide parents with a description of the club's purpose, activities, and supporters when requesting permission

"Student club or organization" is defined broadly to include athletic teams, associations, societies, clubs, and similar groups affiliated with a public school whose membership is primarily students

The requirement applies to all clubs and activities referenced in existing Arizona statute section 15-102, subsection A, paragraph 7

Adds new section 15-102.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15, Chapter 1, Article 1
