Establishes the Arizona Veteran Housing and Reintegration Grant Program to provide grants to counties and tribal governments for veteran housing initiatives, including fast-tracking zoning approvals, managing housing-related land, supporting nonprofit efforts, and building veteran housing.

Requires local matching funds of at least 25% for rural counties and tribal governments and 50% for urban or suburban counties receiving grant monies.

Creates the Arizona Veteran Housing and Reintegration Fund to be administered by the Arizona Department of Housing, funded through legislative appropriations, federal grants, and private donations.

Directs the department to pursue federal funding from HUD-VASH, Tribal HUD-VASH, VA Grant and Per Diem Program, VA Home Loan Program, and HUD Community Development Block Grants.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the newly established fund, with the appropriation exempt from standard lapsing provisions.
