Prohibits the distribution and use of any fertilizer containing PFAS (perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances) in Arizona beginning January 1, 2028

Applies to all fertilizers including biosolids and sewage sludge that contain any fluorinated organic chemicals with two or more fully fluorinated carbon atoms

Directs the Arizona Department of Agriculture director to enforce the PFAS prohibition as part of fertilizer regulation authority

Exempts PFAS-related violations from the class 2 misdemeanor penalty that applies to other fertilizer law violations

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 3-264 and 3-283 governing fertilizer enforcement and administrative powers
