Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-803 to modify child care assistance eligibility requirements for full-time students.

Removes the requirement that a person must already be "receiving full-time child care assistance" to qualify for a work requirement waiver while pursuing education.

Allows work requirement waivers for persons enrolled full-time in accredited educational institutions, remedial education, or employment training programs leading to vocational/technical certifications, associate degrees, or bachelor's degrees.

Maintains existing requirements that education or training must be reasonably related to employment goals and lead to starting wages sufficient to eliminate need for public assistance.

Requires recipients to demonstrate satisfactory progress in their education or training program to continue receiving child care assistance.
