Establishes an Election Worker Harassment Task Force within the Secretary of State's office to coordinate, investigate, and prosecute or refer for prosecution violations related to election worker harassment.

Task force membership includes 11 members: two assistant attorneys general (one criminal, one civil), two law enforcement members appointed by the Attorney General, two election workers from different parties, and four election officers with bipartisan representation.

Requires the task force to submit annual reports beginning January 1, 2028, detailing activities and the number and nature of reports received, to the governor and legislative leadership.

Secretary of State must provide administrative support, meeting space, and post annual reports on the office's website.

Defines "election worker" broadly to include seasonal, part-time, full-time employees and volunteers involved in administering elections at state, county, city, school district, or other political subdivision levels.
