Prohibits Arizona law enforcement agencies from entering into, modifying, or renewing agreements with federal immigration authorities to exercise civil immigration enforcement powers under 8 U.S.C. §1357(g)

Bars law enforcement agencies from detaining or housing individuals in federal immigration custody for violations of federal immigration law

Preserves law enforcement authority to enforce valid court-issued warrants and orders and comply with other federal requirements

Applies to municipal police departments, county sheriff's offices, publicly funded law enforcement departments, and the Department of Public Safety
