Expands Arizona's manslaughter statute to hold adults (18+) criminally liable for intentionally providing advice or encouragement to a minor who uses that guidance to die by suicide, when the adult knew of the minor's intent

Covers "directed communications" including social media posts, text messages, and other electronic communications specifically addressed to or tagged at the minor victim

Excludes general public commentary, artistic expression, or discussions of suicide/mental health not specifically directed at the minor who dies

Classifies the offense as a class 2 felony, consistent with other manslaughter charges under Arizona law

Designates the act as "Cade's Law: If You See Something Say Something"
