Creates enhanced penalties for sexual extortion when the perpetrator is 18 years or older and the victim is 15, 16, or 17 years old, elevating the offense from a class 3 felony to a class 2 felony

Requires sentences for sexual extortion against 15-17 year old victims to run consecutively to any other sexual extortion sentences imposed on the same defendant

Prohibits defendants convicted of sexually extorting 15-17 year old victims from receiving suspension of sentence, probation, pardon, or early release except under limited circumstances authorized by statute

Maintains existing class 2 felony classification for sexual extortion of victims under 15 years old, punishable under Arizona's dangerous crimes against children sentencing provisions
