Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-249 regarding restoration of firearm rights for individuals adjudicated delinquent as juveniles

Lowers the minimum age from 30 to 25 years old before a person can file for firearm rights restoration if their juvenile adjudication was for dangerous offenses, serious offenses, first or second degree burglary, or arson

For all other felony juvenile adjudications, allows filing for firearm rights restoration immediately upon completing court-ordered conditions, finishing probation, or being discharged from the Department of Juvenile Corrections (replacing the previous two-year waiting period after discharge)

Maintains existing procedures where applications are processed through the superior court clerk, served on the county attorney, and filed without a fee
