Disqualifies claimants from benefits if they refuse to return to work, refuse suitable work offers, fail to appear for scheduled interviews, or fail to respond to employment offers, and requires employers to report such refusals to the department

Requires additional verification for claims submitted from IP addresses outside Arizona or the U.S., claims with duplicate mailing addresses, or claims linked to bank accounts already used for another claim

Defines suitable work after four weeks of unemployment as any employment offer paying at least 120% of the individual's weekly benefit amount
