Requires courts to compile a public report for every residential eviction or forcible entry and detainer action where the landlord receives a favorable judgment.

Reports must be categorized by the city/town and county where the eviction or forcible entry and detainer action occurred.

Reports must include the reason for the eviction or forcible entry and detainer action.

Amends the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act by adding section 33-1379.01 to Title 33, Chapter 10, Article 4.
