Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona Health Innovation Trust Fund established under ARS § 41-177.

Appropriates an additional $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 for the state treasurer to allocate to a qualifying entity to conduct a pilot program focused on health innovations for persons living with chronic conditions.

Exempts the $1,500,000 pilot program appropriation from standard lapsing provisions under ARS § 35-190.

Expresses legislative intent for the Arizona Health Innovation Trust Fund to grow to a permanent endowment balance of at least $200,000,000.

Defines "chronic condition" as health conditions lasting at least one year requiring ongoing medical attention, including autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cancers, diabetes, and neurodegenerative diseases.
