Requires the Industrial Commission of Arizona and Department of Economic Security to publish annually, starting January 1, 2027, a list of the top 50 employers with the highest number of employees receiving Medicaid or other public assistance

The published list must include employer name and address, employer size, number of employees receiving public assistance, and the types of assistance received

Employers must also be listed with the number of employee spouses and dependents receiving public assistance and the type of assistance each receives

The report must include, if available, the total public welfare program costs to Arizona for employed individuals and their enrolled dependents

Confidential information, including names of individual beneficiaries, is prohibited from inclusion in the published list
