Creates legal protection for individuals and private entities who agree to temporarily hold another person's firearm, shielding them from liability when returning the firearm at the end of the agreement

Defines a "firearm hold agreement" as either a written or oral arrangement where someone voluntarily takes possession of another person's lawfully owned firearm, holds it for an agreed time period, and returns it per the agreement terms

Excludes liability protection if the person or entity holding the firearm engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct during the holding period

Adds this provision to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 12, chapter 5, article 3 (limitations of actions)
