Grants the Industrial Commission of Arizona authority to investigate and adjudicate overtime wage pay violations filed by employees or their authorized representatives

Requires employees to file complaints within one year of the alleged overtime violation

Authorizes the Commission to administer oaths, issue subpoenas, compel witness attendance and production of records, conduct hearings under oath, and issue payment orders including interest

Directs the Commission to adopt rules establishing complaint filing procedures, employer notification processes, response timeframes, and investigation procedures

Preserves employees' right to seek other legal remedies outside the Commission process
