Establishes a Study Committee on Trade Offices consisting of 10 members from the Arizona House of Representatives, including chairpersons and ranking minority members from the International Trade, Commerce, Government, and Appropriations committees, plus two speaker-appointed members

Requires the committee to review and oversee all trade offices under the Arizona Commerce Authority, examine improvement opportunities, and solicit stakeholder input

Committee must submit findings and recommendations on trade office effectiveness to the Speaker of the House by December 31, 2028

Committee members receive no compensation for their service

The study committee automatically dissolves on September 30, 2029
