Requires expenditures from the Arizona Competes Fund to be subject to legislative appropriation, adding a new approval requirement for fund usage

Mandates that any international trade offices established by the authority be subject to legislative appropriation for that specific purpose, with an annual report on trade office activities due to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee by December 1

Extends the Arizona Competes Fund program termination date from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2030, applied retroactively from after June 30, 2026
