Allows registered sex offenders in Arizona to petition the court to terminate their registration requirement after 10 years for adult offenses or 5 years for offenses committed as minors under age 18

Petitioners must prove by preponderance of evidence that they have not committed another sexual offense since sentencing, are unlikely to reoffend, and pose no danger to public safety

Courts must hold a hearing with notice to the state for victim notification, where both parties may present witnesses and evidence, and victims must have the opportunity to be heard

If the petition is denied, the court must state specific reasons on the record, and the petitioner may file a special action with the court of appeals within 30 calendar days
