Allows Arizona driver license and nonoperating identification license holders to display indicators for adverse medical conditions, advanced health care directives, prehospital medical care directives (Do Not Resuscitate orders), living wills, and mental health care powers of attorney

Requires licensees to affirm at each license renewal that their medical indicator or health care directive designation remains in effect

Prohibits the Department of Transportation from maintaining medical indicator information or health care directive documents in computer records after issuing the license

Extends civil liability immunity to civilian bystanders who rely in good faith on a prehospital medical care directive indicator shown on a driver license or nonoperating identification license

Directs the Department of Transportation to coordinate with the Arizona Health Care Directives Registry to implement the changes, effective December 31, 2026
