Appropriates $100,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the University of Arizona for distribution to the Arizona Geological Survey

Directs the survey to compile data on proven and probable reserves of non-uranium fuel materials needed for advanced nuclear reactors, including thorium for Generation III+ and Generation IV reactors

Requires creation of a statewide map showing locations of these materials, including mineral quantities and grades for proven and probable reserves, as well as mineral districts with significant potential

Covers materials needed for molten salt reactors, liquid metal reactors, and high-temperature gas-cooled reactors

Mandates the Arizona Geological Survey submit a report of findings to the governor, legislative leadership, and relevant committee chairs within one year, with the report also published on the survey's website
