Prohibits foreign corporations and individuals from contributing money, in-kind goods, or services to influence Arizona ballot measure elections, including initiatives and referendums

Prohibits individuals, entities, and committees from accepting or using foreign-sourced contributions for ballot measure campaigns

Requires campaign finance filers to certify under penalty of perjury that they have not knowingly accepted or used foreign contributions in violation of this law

Applies specifically to ballot measures, questions, issues, and propositions rather than candidate elections

Takes effect December 31, 2026
