AZ HB2810

Prohibits public schools from allowing abortion providers, abortion clinics, or organizations that refer patients to abortion clinics to provide health education instruction, curricula, or materials in schools

Bans distribution or display of health education materials created by, paid for by, or bearing identifying marks of abortion providers in public schools

Defines "abortion provider" broadly to include abortion clinics, entities under common control with such clinics, franchising/licensing partners, and employees or representatives of these organizations

Authorizes the Superintendent of Public Instruction to withhold state aid funding from non-compliant schools if they fail to correct violations within 90 days of receiving notice from the Department of Education

Adds new section 15-115.02 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing public school health education restrictions
