Amends Arizona's misconduct involving weapons statute (A.R.S. 13-3102) to specify that prohibitions on carrying deadly weapons into public establishments or public events after being asked to remove them now explicitly apply to state elected officials.

Currently, judicial officers working in court facilities are exempt from this restriction if they demonstrate firearm competence; this bill adds a separate provision clarifying that state elected officials do not receive this exemption.

Violation of the public establishment/public event weapons restriction remains classified as a class 1 misdemeanor.

The bill makes no changes to existing exemptions for peace officers, military personnel, correctional officers, or other specifically authorized persons.
