Removes the statutory framework that provided transaction privilege tax exemptions and other financial incentives to qualifying data center investments.

Eliminates existing requirements that data centers had to meet to qualify for state incentives, including investment thresholds and job creation commitments.

Takes effect on the general effective date following legislative passage and gubernatorial approval.
