Requires all Arizona public and charter schools to provide annual nutrition education instruction to students in kindergarten through grade 12, covering topics including diet, exercise, metabolism, ultraprocessed foods, disease prevention, and meal planning skills.

Mandates the State Board of Education to prescribe minimum instructional hours for nutrition education at each grade level and authorizes development of implementation guidelines.

Requires students in kindergarten through grade 12 to participate in at least 30 minutes of physical activity each school day, which can include physical education classes, recess, or active classroom breaks.

Prohibits school employees from withholding physical activity from students in grades K-9 as punishment for poor academic performance or behavior.

Provides exemptions from physical activity requirements for students with physician documentation, chronic health problems, individualized education program determinations, or physical illness.
