Requires all massage therapy license applicants, including those from out-of-state and those seeking licensure by endorsement, to pass the same national examination designated by the Board of Massage Therapy.

Adds a new requirement for all applicants to successfully pass an Arizona massage therapist jurisprudence examination.

Eliminates the temporary license option that previously allowed applicants to practice for up to 180 days while their application was pending.

Removes outdated language referencing a 2005 deadline for examination compliance and replaces "reciprocal licensure" terminology with "licensure by endorsement."

Provides a transition provision allowing current temporary license holders to continue practicing until their license is issued, denied, or expires.
