Authorizes the Arizona Department of Corrections to store inmate medical records electronically rather than in physical format

Allows the department to dispose of physical copies of inmate medical records once they have been stored electronically, notwithstanding any other law

Defines "medical records" to include all records retained by the department or medical professionals relating to treatment provided to inmates while in department facilities

Adds new section 41-1610.04 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing electronic storage of inmate medical records
