Establishes a tribal education liaison office within the Arizona Department of Education under the Superintendent of Public Instruction's authority.

Requires the office to review and disaggregate all student data collected by the department for students who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes or who identify as Native American, subject to FERPA requirements.

Mandates consultation with federally recognized Indian tribes in Arizona to develop policies and guidelines for the data disaggregation requirements.

Directs the office to pursue memoranda of understanding with one or more federally recognized Indian tribes regarding culturally appropriate uses of the disaggregated data.
