Requires health insurance policies issued, amended, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2027 to provide coverage for prosthetic devices that meet the medical needs of the insured as determined by their treating health care provider.

Mandates coverage for additional prosthetic devices when a health care provider determines they are necessary for the insured to engage in physical and recreational activities such as running, bicycling, swimming, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and team or individual sports.

Applies to hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health care services organizations, disability insurers, and group or blanket disability insurers.

Amends Title 20 of the Arizona Revised Statutes by adding new sections to chapters 4 and 6 governing various types of health insurance coverage.
