AZ HB2901

Requires all vote recording and tabulating machines certified for federal, state, or county elections in Arizona to have 100% of parts, components, manufacturing, and assembly sourced from and performed in the United States, effective January 1, 2029.

Exempts voting equipment acquired before January 1, 2028 from the domestic sourcing requirements.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-442, which governs the certification and approval of voting equipment by the Secretary of State.

Maintains existing requirements that voting machines must comply with the Help America Vote Act of 2002 and be tested by an accredited laboratory.
