Prohibits conveyance of any land in Arizona to "federally banned corporations," defined as companies banned by the Federal Communications Commission, Department of Commerce, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or Federal Acquisition Security Council.

Extends the prohibition to include agents or entities under significant control of federally banned corporations, while exempting the U.S. government and its states, territories, or possessions.

Bars sales of state lands to federally banned corporations, adding this restriction to existing limits that already prohibit sales to corporations not qualified to do business in Arizona.

Amends Title 33 (property) and Title 37 (state lands) of Arizona Revised Statutes to implement these restrictions on both private and state land transactions.
