Establishes a firefighter cancer registry administered by the Arizona Department of Health Services to collect and analyze data on cancer incidence among firefighters statewide

Requires collection of detailed information including cancer type, diagnosis date and stage, firefighter's age, gender, length of service, job classification, duty stations, and occupational exposure history

Mandates that health care providers, health care facilities, fire departments, and fire districts report firefighter cancer diagnoses to the department in prescribed form

Protects all personal identifying information as confidential and prohibits registry data from being used to determine eligibility for workers' compensation, retirement benefits, or insurance coverage

Requires annual reporting to the governor and legislature beginning December 31, 2027, summarizing cancer types, prevalence, trends by age and service years, geographic patterns, and legislative recommendations
