Requires all Arizona public school districts to provide daily physical education instruction to students in kindergarten through grade 12, with at least 60% of instructional time spent in moderate physical activity

Physical education must include individual and team activities (including dance), instruction on health/fitness/sports science career pathways, and content designed to help students develop lifelong physical activity habits

School districts must provide adapted physical education for students with disabilities consistent with their individualized education programs (IEPs) or Section 504 plans

Students may be excused from physical activity requirements if they participate on school athletic teams, have physician documentation that activity would harm their health, have chronic health problems, have an IEP team determination, or if a parent submits a signed request

Students are not required to participate in outdoor physical activities during extreme weather conditions
