Adds persons convicted of Interfering with Judicial Proceedings (specifically for violating order of protection terms under section 13-3602) to Arizona's list of prohibited possessors who cannot possess firearms.

Creates a new category of prohibited possessor under Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101, making it illegal for those who violated protective order terms to possess weapons.

Amends the existing weapons law by inserting a new subsection (e) and re-lettering subsequent subsections (f through h) to accommodate the addition.

Applies to violations charged under section 13-2810, subsection A, paragraph 2, which covers interference with judicial proceedings through protective order violations.
