Establishes a 16-member legislative Perimenopause and Menopause Task Force, including physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives, hospital representatives, tribal health systems, community health centers, and insurance industry members

Requires the task force to identify ways to enhance treatment and education for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause

Directs the task force to review existing health care education standards and curricula and develop nonbinding recommendations for educational institutions, accreditation bodies, and licensing boards

Mandates examination of compensation mechanisms for health professionals and institutions providing perimenopause and menopause-related care

Requires reports to the governor and legislative leadership by December 31, 2027 and December 31, 2028, with the task force set to dissolve after June 30, 2029
