Requires sellers who don't use pennies at point of sale to apply "Swedish rounding" to cash transactions, rounding totals ending in 1-2 or 6-7 cents down and 3-4 or 8-9 cents up to the nearest five-cent increment

Applies only to cash transactions; credit cards, debit cards, electronic funds transfers, and mobile payments are exempt from rounding requirements

Mandates sellers post visible notice at point of sale stating "cash transactions are rounded to the nearest five-cent increment pursuant to state law"

Taxes and fees must still be calculated and remitted to state/municipal authorities based on the pre-rounded sales price

Enforcement assigned to the Weights and Measures Services Division of the Arizona Department of Agriculture, with authority to issue warnings, orders, and civil penalties
